- Reviewing a file that contains 5000 characters is 1 credit
The number of characters is calculated as either the:
- complete plain text content of the file
- or, if the file is being updated, the patch content of that file (as shown by GitHub).
Credit scenario
If a pull request change contains 3 files:
- 1 added file of 7500 characters
- 1 added file of 4500 characters
- 1 changed file of a patch length of 1000 characters
That would consume...
- 1 added file of 7500 characters => 2 credits
- 1 added file of 4500 characters => 1 credit
- 1 changed file of a patch length of 1000 characters => 1 credit
Consuming a total of 4 credits.
Billing
Billing occurs monthly, except for those on an annual contracts.
Our billing system utilizes the Stripe Platform, and you can access your billing portal either within our application or directly here by logging in with your billing email address.
For enterprise plan members, please contact your account representative for access to or inquiries about your billing plan.

Do pages roll over from month to month?
Pages do not roll over month-to-month. Consider our enterprise plan for annual credit usage.
